Zhejiang Sports Bureau, Hangzhou Youth & Children's Center, Hangzhou Newspaper Group jointly organized the 2015 Zhejiang Youth RC model Car Championship, and the finals was held at Kanghua RC model Car Racing Circuit. Across the province Sports Bureau, Model Association and Teenagers' Palace, there were over 150 challengers joined this race, as to display their model car assembly ability, ability of commissioning and operation. 

In recent years, Model car sports has become a combination of technology and competition sport event, and International competitions have begun in the 1970s. Since 1997, the General Administration of Sport of China officially began holding annual session of the National Model Car Championships. Through the activities to foster people of utilizing their mind with hands as a good habits, to have the courage to explore more and inspire their passion on science and technology. It is not only can promote the comprehensive development of young people, but also attracted more and more adults to participate together.

Kanghua RC model Car Racing Circuit as the venue for large competitions, with its high quality tracks, professional facilities and service which is praised by the organizers and users. An excellent training and competition venue is a scarce resource for development of model car sport. Numbers of National and provincial levels competition will be held at Kanghua RC model Car Racing Circuit in 2016, as a platform to exchange experiences and build friendships for model car enthusiasts.
